1. Initial Zoom Call: First we start with a Zoom call where I ask key questions to understand the scope of your project. This helps me get a clear picture of your needs and goals.​
2. Formal Proposal: After our initial discussion, I prepare a detailed proposal for you to review. This proposal outlines the services, timeline, and costs involved.
3. Client Agreement: If you decide to move forward, I send a client agreement via DocuSign. This document outlines the terms of our project and collaboration. Don't worry, it’s not legally binding, so either party can opt out at any time, it's just a way for us to be on the same page regarding the expectations of the project.

4. Organized Project Management: All project management is conducted through Google. I’ll share a Google client folder with you, ensuring all our information is secure and easily accessible. This method maintains organized and efficient communication throughout our collaboration.

How do you handle payments and billing?
I use secure payment methods, such as PayPal and billing is typically done on a per-project basis or as agreed upon in our contract. Detailed invoices are provided for transparency.

How do you track time spent on tasks?
I use Toggl to track time spent on projects down to the minute and attach them to my invoices so clients know what exactly what they are being billed for.
